Holland Park Junior Cricket Club offers a range of summer cricket options for girls of all ages and abilities. This includes the Woolworths Cricket Blast program for our younger, beginner players (aged 5 and up), participation in mixed cricket games on Saturdays for ages 8-18, girls-only cricket competitions against clubs across Brisbane, and weekly girls-only skill development sessions.

Registrations are now open for the 2026-27 summer cricket season.

Competitions

In the 2026-27 summer cricket season, Holland Park Junior Cricket Club will be entering teams in three female-only cricket competitions:

• Girls Heat League​

  • Two skill levels for developing and intermediate players

  • 20/25-over games played on Sundays

• Brisbane Women's Cricket U14 competition

  • T20 games played on Friday nights

• Rebecca McCoombes Cup

  • An open-aged women's competition for advanced players​

  • 35-over games played on Sundays

Grading will be held before the season commences to place players into teams for the above competitions.

Girls Only Zone

Every Sunday morning, we hold our award-winning Girls Only Zone. These weekly skill development sessions for girls of all ages and abilities are held from 8:15am - 10am.
